Sun City Roseville consists of 3100 homes with 25 floorplans, ranging in size from 878 to 2681 square feet, all on single family lots. Sun City Roseville is an age restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 years of age or older.

Sun City Roseville is a community owned association. We are governed by an elected Board of Directors that sets policy with operating management left to a talented professional staff. We "own and operate" our golf courses and public food service facilities. This allows SCR to help defray a portion of the cost of providing golf and food services to residents by enjoying revenue from the public use of these services.
