Sun City Roseville has 3,110 homes located in an age restricted Community. Approximately 20% of these beautiful homes adjoin either a golf course or other open space. Each residence must be occupied by at least one person over the age of 55. A “Qualifying Resident” means a person fifty-five (55) years of age or older who resides in a residence within Sun City Roseville.
Sun City Roseville is community-owned and governed by a member-elected Board of Directors (who set policy), and the every-day Association Management is done by our talented professional staff. The Association owns and operates the Golf Courses and public food service facilities, which allows Sun City Roseville to defray a portion of the cost of providing golfing and food services to our residents.
